• Detection of fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal activity through the account.
• Account inactivity exceeding the period specified in jz77's dormant account policy.
• Activation of a player-requested self-exclusion order.

Upon closure of a Player's jz77 account for any reason other than breach of these Terms & Conditions or regulatory requirement, any verified real-money balance remaining (after deduction of applicable bonus funds) will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method within a reasonable processing period.
